Customs Clearance Notice：Because the DHL line generally belongs to the customs clearance of personal imported goods in the destination country, although the import policy restrictions of different countries are different, it is generally required to be within the scope of reasonable personal use and must be declared truthfully. Therefore, please send compliant packages in strict accordance with the relevant customs policies of the destination country. Otherwise, due to violation of the import policy of the destination country, the loss of all problems arising from the failure of normal customs clearance of the goods shall be borne by the user. If there is any tariff or return on this line, and other customs clearance materials are required, the recipient must go through the relevant procedures.
Declaration specification:The name of the product needs to declare the detailed English name of the product [×Error example: “clothes”“food”]【×Error example:“clothes”“food”】【√Correct example:“T-shirts”“Miso soup”], please declare the quantity and price of the goods truthfully.Warehouse packaging will be inspected. If a false declaration is found, the customer will be contacted to re-declare and correct and charge a handling fee of 1,000 yen. In the case of supplementary declaration, if the warehouse needs to count the number of goods and provide declaration content, this service is 20 goods It is free within 20 items, and a check fee of 50 yen/item will be charged for the quantity exceeding 20 items.
Address modification:After the order is sent out, if you need to modify the recipient's address, name, phone number and other information, you need to pay a handling fee of 1,500 yen/package.
Volume limit:The volume limit is within 1.2 meters on the longest side, and cannot be sent if it exceeds.
※Additional fees:If the delivery address of the parcel belongs to a remote area during the delivery process, DHL will charge an additional handling fee for remote area delivery: 2600 yen/order or 60 yen/kg (take the two) higher value), if this fee occurs, it will be charged separately according to the specific amount notified by DHL after delivery (deducted from the account balance by default). If the user balance is insufficient and refuses to pay the fee, the user's account will be deducted, blocked, etc. in accordance with the website usage regulations. If the DHL line does not purchase insurance, if the product is lost or damaged, in principle, the compensation can be calculated based on the current actual selling price of the product, the declared price and 11 US dollars/kg, whichever is smaller. The compensation amount may be lower, and the actual amount is subject to the judgment of DHL. If you cannot accept the free claims insurance policy, it is recommended that you purchase DHL's paid insurance service.
DHL also provides paid insurance services, the insurance fee is 1.2% of the declared value of the goods, if the insurance fee is less than 2500 yen, it will be 2500 Charged in Japanese Yen.
